How long will delivery take?
We appreciate your order and make every effort to ship your order within 5 working days of receipt.
What is your returns policy?
All items sold through this site are original designs by Jennifer Smart. Items such as designs, patterns and charts are part of Jennifer Smart's intellectual property . This means that once they have been sent to you, our customer, there can be no refund. We will, however, provide a replacement copy of any item where there is a proven defect in the manufacture or quality of that item. We absolutely stand by our aim to provide products of the highest quality. For the above reasons it is important that you choose your items carefully. We cannot provide refunds for items purchased in error.
What are the methods of payment available?
We accept mail orders and we can process payments by cheque, money order or
direct deposit. In order to use the mail
order facility, use the internet shopping
cart, and proceed through the checkout
as per normal.
At the checkout stage and after you have
entered your details, you will be given
two options -
1) submit online order. This will send
us your order details online to us and
give you an order reference number. If
you elect to use direct deposit, we will
provide you with our bank details via
email.
2) mail order. This will print out your
order list so that you can print it and
include it in your letter, along with
your cheque or money order.
Please do not put cash in the mail.
